The Informations of John Warren< no role > John Vital< no role > Richd:
Arp
< no role > and Mathew Green< no role > taken before me one of this
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the sd County.

Who being severally on Oath say and first this Informant
John Warren< no role > for himself saith that this morning about two
o Clock this Informant being casing himself in the part of
Tottenham Court Road next St Gile's Pound a person now present
who calls himself Peter Kelley< no role > came up to him and seize him
by the Collar and thre [..] down but this Informant got up
and endeavoured be make his Escape from him by Running down
Oxford Road towards Soho Square but the Sd Kelley parsued him
and overlook him in the Sd Square and there attacked this Informant
again by coming up behind him and keeping up him heels brought
him to the ground and then kicked and bruised his Legs and gave
him several blows with his knees on his side and took from
this Informant a hankerchief now produced from off his neck
and [..] maged his Pockets in one of which he had a Six pence
and some Copper which this Informant lost the sd Shelley then
having hold on this Informants Collar but this Informant
calling out as load as he was all the Watch came up
which prevented the Sd Kelley from taking out of this
Informants Breeches pocket a Beg in which was about ten Shillings
and saith that when the Sd Kelley was in Custody in the
Workhouse this Informant saw the other Informant Greens
take from the Sd Kelley this Informants Sd Handkerchief
and saith that he was put in fear and terroar of his Life
by the Sd Kelley. And the Sd John Vite< no role > saith that he is a
Watchman in the Parish of St Anns and saith that about
one o Clock this Morning he saw the Sd Kelley Lurking about
the end of Hog Lane and told him to go home about his
business and about two o Clock he heard at the end of Hog Lane
a Cry of Stop Thief and saw the sd Kelley pursuing the Sd
Warren down Oxford Road and saith thief he gave the Alarm
to the Watchmen of St Mary Lebon but that neither they
