Acquitted of feloniously Stealing Goods & money of
Elizabeth Huwin< no role > in the Dwelling House of Francis
Scannell Butter
< no role > whereof they were are IndictedAnd
Whereas James Scarlot< no role > hath also at this present Session been tried & Acquitted feloniously
of being Accessary to the aforesdThemFelony is receiving
part of the sd. Goodshe charged to be feloniously Stolenknowing them to be Stolen agt. the [..] And
Whereas Mr. Nash Council for the said Thomas Weslly< no role >
Diana Brown< no role > & James Scarlet< no role > hath [..] or then behalf [..] [..] to haveto have Copies of the
Record of the sd Acquittal of them the sd. Thomas Weilly Diana Brown< no role >

Same in to Consideration do OrderIt is therefore ordered by this [..] that the Clerk of the Peace
for the County of Middx do make out & deliver Eqies of the
Records of the Acquittal of the Sd. Thomas Weilly Diana
Brown

thought necessary to the sd. Thos. Weilly Diana Brown< no role > &
James Scarlet< no role > or their Attorney or a greatbe order to be given in
Evidence agt.

Whereas James Mc.Call< no role > hath at this present Session been
tried & Acquitted of feloniously Stealing Goods V. 30s. of
Francis Murphy< no role > And whereas the said James Mc. Call
hath prayed [..] by have a Copy of the [..] Record of he sd.
Acquittalon Account of his having been [..] granted to him which [..] Court doth think reasonable
It is therefore ordered [..] further same And this Court now taking the
same into Consideration do order
that the Clerk of the Peace
for the County of Middle do make out & deliver a Copy [..] of
the Record of Acquittal of the sd. James Mc. Call to the said
James Mc. Call or his Attorney,
