Helmer on this Ninth Day of September in the Year aforesaid being in an
open Boat on the River Thames
at The Hermitage
in the Parish of Saint

Ship called The Britain It so happened That he the said

then and there accidentally, casually and by Misfortune fell from the said
Boat into the River aforesaid And was in the Waters thereof then and
there suffocated and drowned of which said Suffocation and Drowning he the

their Oath aforesaid Do say That the said

by the Means aforesaid accidentally, casually and by Misfortune came to his Death
