in the year aforesaid being coming down a Rope belonging to certain Tackle which was then
fixed to a Scaffold at a Sugar House of Camden situate in Old Gravel Lane
in the Parish
and County aforesaid It so happened That he the said

then and there accidentally
casually and by Misfortune fell from thence to and upon the Ground By means whereof he the

then and there received divers mortal Bruises in and upon the Head Breast
and Body of him the said

then and there instantly died And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say That
