July in the Year aforesaid being a Fireman belonging to the New Office in Lombard
Street and being assisting at a Fire which was then burning in the House of
Stockdale situated in the Parish and County aforesaid. It so happened that a
Stach of Chinmes then and there accidentally casually and by Misfortune fell upon
the said

received divers mortal Bruises in and upon the Head Body Legs and Thighs of him

there died And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid Do say That the said

in manner and by the Means aforesaid accidentally casually and by
Misfortune came to his Death
