AN INQUISITION indented, taken for our sovereign Lord the King, at The Parish
of Saint Paul Shadwell in the County of
Middlesex , the Eleventh Day of June in the Twenty fifth Year of the Reign of
our sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third , by the Grace of God, of Great-Britain, France, and
Ireland, King, Defender of the Faith, and so forth, before Thomas Phillips< no role >
one of the Coroners of our said Lord the King for the said County, on View of the Body of
John Antonio< no role > Galizioli then and there lying dead, upon the Oath of
Richard Skipton< no role > , Richard Myers< no role > Christian Awe< no role > , Thomas James< no role > Lawrance Sinclair
Daniel Crowhurst< no role > , Edward Barkley< no role > , Thomas Barkley< no role > , Samuel Buckley< no role > , John Brenceby< no role >
Robert Maberly< no role > Thomas Bullard< no role > , Caleb Carter< no role > , John Mason< no role > and Richard Wardell< no role >
good and lawful Men of the said County, duly chosen, and who being then and there duly
sworn and charged to inquire, for our said Lord the King, when, how, and by what Means, the
said John Antonio< no role > Galizioli came to his
Death, do, upon their Oath, say, That the said John Antonio< no role > Galizioli on< no role > the Tenth Day
of June in the Year aforesaid being a Mariner on Board a Ship called The Abella Forrinio< no role >
then lying in The River Thames , near Bell Wharf in the Parish and County aforesaid
It so happened That he the said John Antonio< no role > Galizioli then and there accidentally
casually and by Misfortune fell from the said Ship into The River aforesaid and was
in the Waters thereof then and there suffocated and drowned, Of which said Suffocation
and Drowning he the said John Antonio< no role > Galizioli then and there died And so the Jurors
aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid Do say That the said John Antonio< no role > Galizioli in< no role >
Manner and by the Means aforesaid accidentally casually and by Misfortune
came to his Death

IN WITNESS whereof, as well said Coroner as the said Richard Skipton< no role >
the Foreman of the said Jurors, on the Behalf of himself and the Rest of his said Fellows, in
their Presence, have, to this Inquisition, set their Hands and Seals, the Day and Year first
above written.
