of April in the Year aforesaid himself into The New River
near Lordship
Lane Bridge in the Parish and County aforesaid Did last and Throw By
Means whereof he the said

then and there suffocated and drowned Of which said Suffocation and Drowning
he the said

then and there died And so the Jurors aforesaid
upon their Oath aforesaid Do say, That the said

Manner and by the Means aforesaid Did drown and Kill himself
