AN INQUISITION Indented, Taken for our Sovereign Lord the King, at the Parish
of Saint Mary Matfellon otherwise White Chappel in the County of
Middlesex , the fourteenth Day of November in the twenty Second Year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third , by the Grace of God, of Great-Britain, France, and
Ireland, King, Defender of the Faith, and so forth, before Thomas Phillips< no role >
one of the Coroners of our said Lord the King for the said County, on View of the Body of
Thomas Bright< no role > then and there lying dead, upon the Oath of
William Phillips< no role > Thomas Noble< no role > Abraham Brown< no role > Edward Barrett< no role > John Hammond< no role > James Plummer< no role >
John Left< no role > Benjamin Rice< no role > This name instance is in set 3176. John Marks< no role > Charles Eatle< no role > Robert Rogers< no role > & John Rebble< no role >

good and lawful Men of the said County, duly chosen, and who being then and there duly
sworn and charged to inquire, for our said Lord the King, when, how, and by what Means, the
said Thomas Bright< no role > came to his
Death, Do, upon their Oath, say, That the said Thomas Bright< no role > on the Twelfth Day
of November in the Year aforesaid at the Parish and in the County aforesaid
departed this Life by the Visitation of God in a Natural way (to Wit) of a Consumption
and not from any Hurt Injury or Violence received from any Person or Persons
whatsoever to the [..]

IN WITNESS whereof, as well the said Coroner as the said William Phillips< no role >
the Foreman of the said Jurors, on the Behalf of himself and the Rest of his said Fellows, in
their Presence, have, to this Inquisition, set their Hands and Seals, the Day and Year first
above written.
