Death, Do, upon their Oath, say, That The said

Day of June in the Year aforesaid being driving a certain Cart drawn by Three
Horses and loaded with Grains a long The Kings Highway near Deptford
in the County of Rent And being
riding on the Shaft Horse of the said Three Horses It so happened That the
said Shaft Horse suddenly kicked up and threw the said

the Ground and the near Wheel of the said Cart Did then and there pass upon and over
the Lions and Privities of him the said

By Means whereof he the
said

Did then and there accidentally, casually and by Misfortune
receive divers Mortal Bruises in and upon the said Loins and Privities of him
the said

of which said Mortal Bruises He the said Charles
Hubberton at the Parish aforesaid in the County aforesaid Did Languish for the
Space of Three Hours or thereabouts and then died And so the Jurors aforesaid
upon their Oath aforesaid do say That the said

in Manner and
by the Means aforesaid accidentally, casually and by Misfortune Came to his Death
And That the said Shaft Horse and Near wheel of the said Cart were the Cause
of the Death of the said

And That the said Horse is of the Price
of Forty Shillings and the said Near Wheel of the Value of Ten Shillings and are
both the Property and in the Possession of Allen of Deptford aforesaid Cow keeper
or of his Assigns

the Foreman of the said Jurors, on the Behalf of himself and the Rest of his said Fellows, in
their Presence, have, to this Inquisition, set their Hands and Seals, the Day and Year first
