That the sd John Bailey< no role > on the 26 Day of April in the Year aforesaid driving a Certain Waggon Drawn by 10 Horses

in a certain Common things HighwayCalled FinishedSituate in the Par & Co afsd& that & [..] and he the sd JB Accidentally
falling unto the Ground near unto the Wheels of the said Waggon It a happened that Accidentally casually & by
Misfortune the Near Wheel of the sd Waggon did then & there go upon & pass over the Body of the sd. J.B by
Means where of he the sd JB then & there reced [..] one MortalBruiseWound on the Right Side of his Loins of which
sd MortalBruiseWound. he the sd JB did then & there Instantly die And so the person afsd upon their Oath afsd
do say that the sd JB in Manner [..] Afsdby ye means Accidentally Casually & by Misfortune Came to his death & not
sd wise And the sd Jurors do find that the Near Wheel of the sd lastto bewas Moving to the death of the sd JB & isto beof the
