Middlesex

That Thomas Fowler< no role > late of the parishaforesaid in the County aforesaid
on the eighth day of Marchin the year aforesaid a the parish
and in the County aforesaid in a certain PublicStreet inHighway there called the Kings Highway being negligently
driving a certain [..] Cart with two Wheels drawn by Three Horses.and loadedIt so happened
that the said George Skynner< no role > being in the [..] Kings Highway aforesaidwasthen and there accidentally
casually and by MisfortuneforcedStepped down to the Groundby the forement Horse of the said Horses [..]
the said [..] Cartand the said Cart so loaded as aforesaid [..] and there by the and Horsesso drawn by the said 3 Horses as aforesaid was then & there violently and forceably
drawn to and against the said George Skynner< no role > and the Off which of the said Empty Cart so drawn [..]
loadedas aforesaid did then and there accidentally casually and by Misfortune Violently go uponoverand pass over the
[..] left Thight and Body of the said G.Sby means whereofand the said G Sfrom the [..] Wright and pressure of the said
Empty Cartloaded andso draw was aforesaid going upon & passing over the sd. left High & Body of the sd G S. did then and there receive [..] Mortal Bruises in and uponher said
[..] left Thigh [..] and Body of the sd. GS. of which said Mortal Bruises he the said G.Sdid then and there instantly died And
so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say that the said G.Sin manner
and by the means aforesaid accidentally casually and by Misfortune came to his Death and not otherwise And
that thesaid Horses and leading were the cause of the Death of the saidand thatoff Wheel of the said Empty Cart so drawn as afsd. was moving to and the
cause the Death of ye sd. G.S. and that
the said Off Wheelof the value of the said of the Value of and the said Horses of the Price of
[..] in the whole to the sum ofof the sd. Empt Cart is of the value of 10s.of lawfull Money of Great Britain and [..] the
Property and in the Possession of Matthew Aston< no role > ofthe [..] andGrays him Lane in the Parish of St. Andrew Holborn Countyand Countyaforesaid
