Upon his Oath Saith That on Tuesday
Night last the twenty eighth day of February
the deceased came into his House in the Evening
and called for a penny worth [..] of [..] which was brought
to him by this Deponents Boy the deceased then
desired the Woman Servant of this Deponent to
warm it and value it quite hot which she
did and put before him in a Box in the Tap
room where he had sat down by himself this
Deponent then went into the Bar with a
Young Man who was with him and shortly
afterwards heard the deceased fall (as the Box
he was in was done to the Bar) and supposing
he had fallen into a fit Deponent and the
Young Man ran to assist him and lifted
him up and used every endeavour to recover
him but could not and fearing he was dead
as he gave three Gasps for breath and never
stirred more Deponent sent for a Doctor who
bled the deceased but no blood came from
