an Artery are very different and that all the blood that
Deponent saw which appeared to have issued from the Body of
the deceied was arterial blood & owing to the beforementd.
Cause.

Robinson

George Toorey< no role > the Younger of New Compton Street aforesd. Surgeon
On his Oath Saith. much to ye same Effect as Mr Robinson

John Horpyal< no role > Mr. Pinnicles New Compton Street afsd.
Bricklayers Labourer on his Oath Saith on the sd. 9 January about 8 o C in ye Morning Malice
had occasion to go to the House of Mrs. Forster to inquire
for same of his Cloaths of Kitty Nowlan< no role > the Wife of
Edward Nowlan< no role > who was his for Deponent & who lived
in a Collan of the House and deceased lived with her
to take Cane of her Child On going down Stairs he
saw the deceased laying at the bottom of the Stairs
her face downwards upon ye Second & third step & has face
in great quantity of blood. and immediately got a
Candle to see who it was & desired a Woman who
lived on the Ground floor to go with him but he & [..] she
did not [..] go further than the Top of the Stairs pit to see the deceases but went no further
just at that time Mr. Nowlan & a Mrs. Flint came
and all went down togetherand Mr. Nowlan tookor cent this Deponent who
then went away.
