Informations of Witnesses taken at the Dwelling House
of Thomas Gray< no role > the Sign of The Old Red Lyon at Wallham Green
in the Parish of Fulham in the County
of Middlesex on Fridaythe sixteenthday of
November 1785 . Before Edward Umfreville< no role > Esquire
one of his Majestys Coroners for the said County touching
the Death of John Beadle< no role >
then and there lying Dead as follow.

Samuel Stanley< no role > of Stratton Ground Westmr. Cow Keeper
On his Oath Saith That about four Ox bet [..] the
afternoon of Wednesday the fourteenth instant as
he was passing this Wallham Green with his (as
he saw two Women at the Door of deceased's House steming [..]
much affected at something that had happened and
on drewing Deponent & his asking them what
was the Matter they did him go about his
Business he went on a list to say but was
determined to see the Event and presently heard
one of the Woman who Deponent has since heard was Deceaseds Wife say to the other, he is dead then
the other Women went on a little way to ye red Lyon. and
as had (as Deponent appear) for ye Land lond and he
heard a Woman say he is not at Home both ye
Wife and the other Woman (he first saw) then called to a Man on
the opposite side ye load who would not come our
Deponent then Laid lot me go in and she Wife comented
saying you wen't he affected is he went in and
immediately saye the deceased on the left hand
of the Kitchen standing (as he thought) up right
