An Inquisition indented taken for our Sovereign Lord the King at The Parish of Saint George the
Martyr in the County of Middlesex , the Tenth Day of Feby in the 23d Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the third , by the Grace of God of Great Britain, France and Ireland, KING, Defender of
the Faith, Etc. before Edward Umfreville one of the Coroners of Our said Lord
the KING, for the said County, on view of the body of Sarah James< no role >
then and there lying dead, upon the Oath of Joseph Allen< no role >
Samuel Manbey< no role > , William Smith< no role > , Benjamin Bryan< no role > , William Gardner< no role >
Morris Alloway< no role > , Robert Norris< no role > , Thomas Wheeler< no role > , Henry Rose< no role > , Thomas
Bell, Joseph Watkins< no role > , John Smith< no role > and William Newton< no role >
good and lawful Men of the said County duly chosen as by Law required, and who being then and there duly sworn
and charged to enquire for our said Lord the KING, when, how, and by what means the said Sarah James< no role >
came to h er Death, Do upon their Oath say, That The said Sarah
James at the Parish and County aforesaid departed this Life by the
Visitation of God in a natural way to wit of Fits And not otherwise
To the Knowledge of the said Jurors

In Witness whereof, as well the said Coroner, as the said Joseph Allen< no role > the Foreman of
the said Jurors on behalf of himself and the rest of his Fellows, in their presence, have to this Inquisition set their
Hands and Seals the Day and Year first abovementioned
