To Wit.

An Inquisition indented taken for our Sovereign Lord the King at the Parish of Saint James
Clerkenwell in the County of Middlesex , the second Day of May in the 22nd. Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the third , by the Grace, of God of Great Britain, France and Ireland, KING, Defender of
the Faith, Etc. before Edward Umfreville< no role > one of the Coroner s of Our said Lord
the KING, for the said County, on view of the body of Charlotte Sugden< no role >
then and there lying dead, upon the oath of John Skidmore< no role >
Edward Bracebridge< no role > Samuel Budgeby Jonathan Cox< no role > Abraham Cass< no role >
Andrew Taylor< no role > William Davey< no role > Emmanuel Martin Alexander< no role >
Fergusson James Panton< no role > Thomas Mitchell< no role > Thos. Sanne< no role > James Manland< no role >

good and lawful Men of the said County duly chosen as by Law, required, and who being then and there duly sworn
and charged to enquire for our Lord the KING, when, how, and by what means the said Charlotte Sugden< no role >
came to h er Death, Do upon their Oath say, That the said Charlotte Sugden< no role >
on the Thirtieth Day of April in the year being Crossing The Road in The Parish and
County aforesaid And a certain Hackney Coach Coming Lastly along the said Road
It so happened That she the said Charlotte Sugden< no role > then and there accidentally
Casually and by Misfortune fell to the Ground and the said [..] Coach did then
and there pass upon and over the Head of her the said Charlotte Sugden< no role > By Means< no role >
whereof she the said Charlotte Sugden< no role > then and there received One Mortal Bruise
in and upon the Left Ear of her the said Charlotte Sugden< no role > of which said Mortal
Bruise she the said Charlotte Sugden< no role > then and there died And so the Jurors aforesaid
upon their Oath aforesaid Do say that the said Charlotte Sugden< no role > in Manner and
by the Means aforesaid accidentally casually and by Misfortune came to her Death

In Witness whereof, as well as the said Coroner, as the said John Skidmore< no role > the Foreman of
the said Jurors on behalf of himself and the rest of his Fellows, in their presence, have to this Inquisition set their
Hands and Seals the Day and Year first abovementioned
