and charged to enquire for our said Lord the KING, when, how, and by what means the said

and by Misfortune fell into a well of Water
ofin the Parish and County
aforesaid and was in the Waters thereof then and there suffocated and
Drowned Of which said Suffocation and Drowning to the said Richard
Jeff then and there died And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid
