[..] KING, for the said County, on view of the body [..] Susanah. Kelly< no role >
then and there lying dead, upon the Oath of Thos. Dobson< no role > Edwd.

good & lawful Men of the said County duly chosen as by Law is required,
And of Jno. Barnes< no role > , Richd. Wiltshire< no role > , Simn. Hely, Jno. James, Baynes

good and lawful Men of the said County duly chosen as by Law required, andwho being then and there duly sworn
and charged to enquire for our said Lord the KING, when, how, and by what means the said Susanh Kelly< no role >
came to h er Death, Do upon their Oath say, That the said Susanah
Kelly on the Smith instead came to her death by the Visitation of God in a natural Way
to Wit along decline & decay of Natural & not otherwise.
In Witness whereof, as well the said Coroner, as the said Thomas Dobson< no role > the Foreman of
the said Jurors on behalf of himself and the rest of his Fellows, in their presence, have to this Inquisition set their
Hands and Seals the Day and Year first abovementioned
