An Inquisition indented taken for our Sovereign Lord the King at The Parish of Saint James Clerkenwell
in the County of Middlesex , the twenty sixth Day of November in the 23d. Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the third , by the Grace of God of Great Britain, France and Ireland, KING, Defender of
the Faith, Etc. before Edward Umfreville< no role > one of the Coroner s of Our said Lord
the KING, for the said County, on view of the body Joseph Cable
then and there lying dead, upon the oath of James Lowe< no role > William
Waylon John Dinmore< no role > Thomas William< no role > Andrew Blackie< no role > and John Woodward< no role >
good and lawful Men of the said County duly chosen And John Barnes< no role > Thomas
Wabbs Robert King< no role > , Walter Bullandine Bignell Potter and Thomas Walbanks< no role >
prisoners in the prison called Clerkenwell Bridewell

good and lawful Men of the said County duly chosen as by Law required,and who being then and there duly sworn
and charged to enquire for our said Lord the KING, when, how, and by what means the said Joseph Cable
John Cable< no role > came to h is Death, Do upon their Oath say, That the said Joseph Cable
being a Prisoner in Clerkenwell Bridewell aforesaid in the Parish and
County aforesaid on the Twenty third day of November in the Year aforesaid
at the Prison aforesaid departed this Life by the Visitation of God in a
natural Way to Wit of a Fever and not otherwise

In Witness whereof, as well as the said Coroner, as the said James Lowe< no role > the Foreman of
the said Jurors on behalf of himself and the rest of his Fellows, in their presence, have to this Inquisition set their
Hands and Seals the Day and Year first abovementioned
