aforesaid on the Seventh day of September

now here duly chosen sworn and charged to inquire for our said Lord the King when how
and in what manner the said

came to her death say upon their oath
that the said

on the seventh day of September in the year aforesaid
at the parish and ward aforesaid in London
aforesaid being greatly intoxicated by
excessive drinking It so happened that the said

on the Same day and
year aforesaid at London
aforesaid in the parish and ward aforesaid by Such excessive
drinking and intoxication became mortally Sick and diseased in her body and thereof
did then and there die. In Witness where of as well the said Coroner as the Said
