maketh oath. That the deced hath lived as Servant and
Housekeeper
to Dept. about eight MonthsThat Dept. has
observed the deced for about two Months past to be very dull
low and Melancholy and particularly so for this Week
pastThat about eight o Clock on Monday Morning last
Dept. having called to the deced and receiving no answer
Went up one pair of Stairs towards the deceds appartments
who slept in the two pair of StairsDept. then called to the
deced and hearing a sort of Saggling Strong [..] he [..] went up the two pair
of Stairs and at the top or landing place of the two pair of
Stairs he found the deced standing that he observed a
piece of flesh hanging from under he Chin appearing to
Dept.thatto be cut from the ThroatDept took a carving
Knife
out of her hand which was very bloodyDept
ran down Stairs and gave an alarmThat Some persons
came in who went up to the decedThatabouta little
before ten the same Morningeveningthe deced was taken away in a
Coach
in order to be taken to Saint Bartholomew Hospital
where Dept. came yesterday Morning to enquire after her
and found she had died [..] about ten o Clock on the Monday
Evening of the same day she was brought thereThat the
deced was an elderly infirm Woman and Dept. has heard
her say the was fifty four years of Age
