Sovereign Lord George the third King of Great Britain and so forth before

Wright, good and lawful men of the City of London
aforesaid who being now here duly
chosen sworn and charged to inquire for our said Lord the King when how and in
what manner the said John Sleorgen came to his death say upon their oath that
the said John Sleorgen on the fifth day of February in the year aforesaid being a
prisoner in His Majestys prison of the Fleet
there situate and being then and there
sick and languishing It so happened that the said John Sleorgen on the same day and
year last aforesaid within the prison aforesaid by the Visitation of God died a natural death
and by no violent means or manner whatsoever In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner
