Physic maketh oath that this day week he was called
in to see the deced when he was told had taken Opinion
He was told that an emetic had been admd. to her which had
taken effect-She appeared to be very drowsy which is the
common Symtoms of having taken opinion, but that Symtoms
went off in a few house, inso much that it did not occasion
her to sleep much in the cause of the forg. night Dept divided
Medicines to be admd. to her [..] Says she omited at times & her
[..] body was open so that Dept was
of opinion that the opinion which she had taken was entirely
discharged. Dept on Saturday apprehended she was out of
danger but on Sunday she became so ill that Dept believed her
life to be in danger, Says she died on Monday evening
That her body was afterwards opened in the presence of Dept
[..] Says her Brain & the Vessels of her head [..] appeared
[..] in a natural death-not affected in the manner which
is usual where persons are injured by having taken opinion

within his observation that the deced's dealt was occasioned by
natural disease rather than from the Opinion which she had taken
