Surgeon maketh Oath that abouta little beforetwelve on
Saturday Morning last Dept. having been sent for event
to the House Kept by the deced and Mr. Robert Ingram< no role >
Dept. found the deced lying upon a Bed in a one pair
of Stairs Back Room a great quantity blood about and
upon him that he had alarge cut in his Throat
extending from one side to the other Dept. assisted in
sewing up the Wound That after the wound was
seven up the deced could articulate preths plain and
sayed-"youll understand this is my own Act" I 'shall
"disappoint a vast number of my friends" It has arose
"from my own misconduct." That Dept. continued in the Room
with the deced near two hours during which time the
deced often burst into violent fits of Laughterandsometimes
shed Stars and behaved with great violence to himself
endeavouring to stop his breathing and once [..] got his
Handkerchief round his Nuk with which he endeavoured
to strangle himself.

to the deced maketh Oath that between eleven and twelve
on Saturday Morning last Dept. hearing a Noise went up
to the deceds Room that the Door was shut Dept. opened
the Door went in and putting the Curtains aside he found
the deced in the Bed the Bed Cloaths on him a great
deal of blood upon and about him and alarge cut in his
Throat that he moved a little Dept. gave the alarm
and soon after Mr. Simpson of Lime Street Surgeon came [..]
and soon after him Mr. Cooper came That the deced
went to Bed about ½ part eleven oClock on Friday Night last
That Dept. sat up with him part of that Night and until
between eight and Nine on Saturday Morning that during
the Night the deced was very restless often started up
violently and stared about talked incoherent at times and
