Depositions of Witnesses taken as London
that is to say, at the parish of Alhallows
London wall in the Ward of Aldgate in
London aforesaid this 10th day of April
1798 on view of the body of High Ingram< no role >
now here lying Dead.

Charles Blicke< no role > of Billiter Square London Surgeon
maketh Oath that about nine oClock on Saturday Morning
last Dept. having been sent for went to the House of Mrs.
Robert and Hugh Ingram< no role > who arenext door Neighbours
to Dept. Dept. went upto a two pair of Stairs back Room
and found the deced there the deced came up to Dept. sayed
Iam glad [..] you but I dont know what is the matter
with me some thing has struck me in the head Iam very bad
I believe I am going out of my senses Dept. observed
the deced to took wildly that he [..] was very disorderly
dressed his Shirt Collar open no Night Cop on and
appeared in a very frantic disordered way Dept. spoke
to the deced in a soothing way told him to compose himself and
sayed he would give him some cooling Medicine Mr. Robert
Irgram and Dept. advised the deced to quit [..] Room he was in and
go down to his own Room one pair of Stairs she deced rather
declined going there but Dept. taking hold of his Arm he went down with
him Dept. then advised him to go to Bed there Dept. left him
there thataboutbetween twelve and one same day Dept.
having been sent for went again to the House of the deced &
his Brother and found the deced sitting reclined in his
Bed in the Room Dept. had left him in the deced caught
hold of Dept. hands very violently Dept. having disengaged his hand
andfound the deced had alarge cut on his Throat
extending from one Mill of the Throat to the other that the
external parts had been sown up but from the degree of
violence the deced used to disengage himself from the weight
of blood then on his Throat he extended the wound and Dept. observed the
windpipehad been cut threw in such a manner heso
concluded the deced could not live long Dept. attended the
deced from that time as different times until between nine and
ten on sunday Night last when Dept. left one of his Assistants
to attend the deced who has Dept. understood departed this Life
about three oClock Yesterday Morning Dept. say the Penknife
