now here duly chosen sworn and charged to inquire for our said Lord the King when
how and in what manner the said

aforesaid being seated on a certain painters Machine fastened to the Window of
the three pair of stairs room in the dwelling house of

It so happened that the said Machine accidentally casually and by misfortune gave
way and the said

accidentally casually and by misfortune fell down
and upon the ground and stone pavement there by means whereof the said Thomas
Ford did then and there receive divers internal injuries in his body of which said
internal injuries in his body he the said

did then and there instantly
die-And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do say that the said

in manner and by the means aforesaid accidentally, casually and
by misfortune came to his death and not otherwise.-In Witness whereof as
