aforesaid on the eighteenth day of August

year of two reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third King of Great Britain and

aforesaid who being now
here duly chosen sworn and charged to inquire for our said Lord the King when
how and in what manner the said Teresa Smith came to her death say upon
their oath that the said Teresa Smith on the said eighteenth day of August in the
year aforesaid being a prisoner in his Majestys prison of the Fleet
situate in the
parish and Ward
aforesaid in London
aforesaid and being then and there sick
and languishing It so happened tha the said Teresa Smith on the said eighteenth
day of August in the year aforesaid within the prison aforesaid by the visitation
of God died a natural death and by no violent means or manner whatsoever
