being now here duly chosen sworn and charged to enquire for our said Lord the King when how
and in what manner the said

came to his death say upon their oath that
the said

on the ninth day of July in the year aforesaid being on the top
of a certain Vat in the brew house of Clewes and Company situate in the parish
aforesaid within the
Town andBorough aforesaid in the County aforesaid It so happened that
the said

accidentally casually and by misfortune fell down from and off
the said vat unto upon and against the ground there by means whereof the said
Thomas Hoare< no role >
did then and there accidentally casually and by misfortune receive one
Mortal bruise on his head of which said mortal bruise he the said
Thomas Hoare< no role >
did then and there die. And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do say
that the said

in manner and by the means aforesaid accidentally
casually and by misfortune came to his death and not otherwise.In Witness
whereof as well the said Coroner as the said
