now here duly chosen sworn and charged to inquire for our said Lord the King when
how and in what manner the said

parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch
in the County of Middlesex
not being of sound mind
memory and understanding but lunatic and distracted with a certain Razor of the value
of one penny which he the said

in his right hand then and there had and
held the neck and throat of himself the said

did then and there violently
cut giving to himself the said

with the Razor
aforesaid one mortal wound
in and upon the throat of himself the said

of which said mortal wound he

from the said ninth day of May in the year aforesaid until the tenth
day of the same month of May in the same year as well at the said Parish of Saint Leonard
Shoreditch
in the County of Middlesex
as also at the aforesaid parish of Saint Bartholomew
the less in the Ward of Farringdon
without in the City of London
aforesaid did languish
and languishing did live and on the same day and year last aforesaid at the Parish
last aforesaid in the Ward aforesaid in London
aforesaid the said

mortal wound did die And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do say
that the said
