to Messrs. Langdale on his
Oath saith that by desire of Messrs. Langdale he went
to the [..] Greyhound public House on Kennington
Common [..]
to bring home the deceased whom Deponent was
informed had received an Injury by one of the Wheels
of his Masters Waggon having passed over him that
Deponent accordingly went on Thursday Evening last
when he found the deceased in a great deal of pain and
by the assistance of three of his fellow Servants brought him
to Messrs. Langdales where he remained until about
Eight O Clock this morning when he died.

Fields Surgeon on his Oath saith that he attended the
deceased
at Messrs. Langdales who had received and Injury
by the Wheel of a Waggon passing over him that upon
Examining him he found the pelvis extremely strained
and the ligaments of on the right side of the osischin
andfrom the os sacrum torn ascender which appeared
to have been occasion by some great weight having
passed over his Loinsthat his bladder was so much
affected he could not make waterDeponent says that
the Wheel of [..] the Waggon passing overhisthe deceaseds body in
the manner described by the first Witness was the
occasion of his death.
