several Years pastThat he & the deced were in partners his
together but that they disolved partnership in January last

to be in a low despondingwayand very neglectful of his
business but which Dept. could in no way account for
That he used to be very attentive to businessDept. knows
nothing of the deceds circumstancesThat since Dept. has

with the deced he being related to Dept. several Years pastThat Dept.
has observed that deced for five or six weeks past to be very gloomy
and lowDept. and the deced went in a Coach togetherbut
Yesterday Week in order to dine at the Freemasons Tavern
that while in the Coach Dept. observed the deced particularly
that he behaved in a very odd manner that Dept. conversed with
himthathe talkedwhen Dept. asked any question the deced
gave very incoherent answers not apt or proper to the questions
putDept. was present with the deced a few hours previous
to his Death the deced sayed he must have been Mad at the
time he committed the Actionheor he neverwouldcould have
done it.
