aforesaid who being now here duly
chosen sworn and charged to inquire for our said Lord the King when how and in
what manner the said

came to his death say upon their oath that
the said

on the twenty fourth day of February in the year aforesaid
being stepping out of a certain boat lying on the River of Thames
there situate into
a certain barge also lying on the said River It so happened that the said

accidentally casually and by misfortune fell from and out of the said boat into the
said River and in and with the Waters of the said River was then and there
suffocated and drowned of which said suffocation and drowning he the said

did then and there die In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the

the foreman of the said Jurors on behalf of himself and the rest of his
fellows
in their presence have to this Inquisition set their hands and seals the
