aforesaid
on the seventeenth day of February in the thirty seventh year of the reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the third by the grace of God of Great Britain
France and Ireland King Defender
of the faith and so forth before

aforesaid who being now here duly chosen sworn and charged to inquire for our said
Lord the King when how and in what manner the said

death say upon their oath that the said

on the fifteenth day of February
in the year aforesaid at the Parish and Ward aforesaid in London
aforesaid accidentally
casually and by misfortune fell into the river of Thames
and in and with the waters
of the said River was then and there suffocated and drowned of which said suffocation
and drowning the said

did then and there die And so the Jurors aforesaid
upon their oath aforesaid do say that the said

in manner and by the means
aforesaid accidentally casually and by misfortune came to his death and not otherwise
