maketh Oath that about ½ past eleven
oClock Yesterday Morning Dept. returning to her House found the deced
lying upon the floor of the lower Room of her House. Dept. Daughter
and anor: Girl were in the Roomthat the deced was lying on her side
and appeared to be in strong convulsionsthat she foamed at the Month
that she continued in that state half an hourwhen she was taken out
of Dept. house and carried to a Mrs. Curd No. 6 flower de Lane Court
at which Home Dept. understood the deced lodged

has lodged in
a Garret of Dept. house about eighteen MonthsDept. understood she has
a Husband living but where he is Dept. never heardThat the deced has
been troubled with an Arthmatic Complaint ever since she has lodged
with Dept. & coughed very muchThat the deced was brought home to
Dept. house about twelve oClock Yesterday Noon in strong Convulsions and
in a dying Statethat she was taken up to her appartment and laid
in the Bed and undrepedThat a little while after a Surgeon came.-That
he applied something to her Nose and endeavoured to get something down her
Throat but without effectThat ina little [..]
about half an hour from
the time of the deceds [..] being brought home she departed this life being in
convulsions the whole time
