An Inquisition Indented taken for our Sovereign Lord the King at London that
is to say at the Parish of Saint Ann Blackfriars in the Ward of Farringdon without
in London aforesaid on the eleventh day of February in the thirty seventh year of
the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third King of Great Britain and so forth before
Thomas Shelton< no role > Gentleman Coroner of our said Lord the King for the City of London and
Borough of Southwark on view of the body of Amelia Mitton< no role > now here lying dead
by the oath of Benjamin Cooper< no role > , Samuel Nash< no role > , Charles Child< no role > , James Hollis< no role > , Edward
James, Charles Moody< no role > , Henry Gray< no role > , Robert Carrick< no role > , James Freeman< no role > , William Fowler< no role > ,
Joseph Ware< no role > , and George Hawkes< no role > , good and lawful men of the City of London aforesaid
who being now here duly chosen sworn and charged to inquire for our said Lord
the King when how and in what manner the said Amelia Mitton< no role > came to her death
say upon their oath that the said Amelia Mitton< no role > on the tenth day of February
in the year aforesaid at the Parish and Ward aforesaid in London aforesaid was sick and
diseased in her body of which said sickness and disease the said Amelia Mitton< no role > on the
said tenth day of February in the year aforesaid at the parish and Ward aforesaid in
London aforesaid did die And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do
say that the said Amelia Mitton< no role > by the visitation of God died a natural death and
by no violent means or manner whatsoever In Witness whereof as well the said
Coroner as the said Benjamin Cooper< no role > the foreman of the said Jurors on behalf of
himself and the rest of his fellows in their presence have to this Inquisition set
their hands and seals the day year and place first abovewritten.
