maketh oath that between seven and eight oClock on Tuesday
Night last he saw the deced lying on a Table in One of the Ward
of St. Thomas's Hospital
that he examined him that he was
quite insensible & apparently deadthat he did not observe any
material injury externallythat Dept. endeavoured to draw blood
but without affectThat in about five or six Minutes the deced
was quite deadThat the ceded has been since opened that upon
opening the deced Dept. together with some other persons of the faculty
found that the Liver of the deced had been ruptured & divided
by some violent prepare which by occasioning a vast effusion
of blood internally Dept. has no doubt occasioned the deceds
death-.That [..] several of the Ribs of the deced were fractured

he hath known the deced John Radford< no role >
about four years that
He was also a servant & Driver belonging to Mr. Daythat about
seven o Clock on Tuesday Evening last Dept. coming over London
Bridge into the Borough
with his Cart observed account of
people upon the Pavement of the Bridge
Dept. stopt his
Horses & upon going among the Crowd he observed the deced
his fellow servant in a sitting posture against the wall of the
BridgeDept. went to him that he was quite insensible
that in a minute or two after a shutter was brought & the deced was
placed on it & taken away in order to be taken to Saint Thomas's
HospitalDept. observed the Cast and two Horses which the deced
usually drove a little before he saw the deced as before stated
