London Depositions of Witnesses taken at London
that is to say, at the Parish of Saint Bridget
otherwise Bride in the Ward of Farringdon
without in London aforesaid this 31st day
of August 1796 on view of the body of Hugh
Dobin now here lying Dead.

Charles Cooper< no role > a Prisoner for Debt in the Fleet Prison maketh
Oath that he hath known the deced Hugh Dobin< no role > about twelve
Months that he was a Prisoner for Debt in the said Prison-that
he was an aged Man about 66 years of age and has had an
Arthmatic Complaint on him some Years that about three months
since his Complaint got much worse and he continued to get
worse and decline daily and for this last fortnight he kept to his
Bed that his Appetite failed him very much lately so that he
could hardly eat any thing that he continued to get were until
Yesterday Morning when he departed this Life-That he refused
medical assistance saying his disorder was so bad it was of no use
