London Deposition of at Witnesses taken at London
that is to say, at the Parish of Saint Dunstan
in the East in the Ward of Tower in London
aforesaid this 2d. day of July 1796 on view of
the Body of a Man unknown now here lying
Dead.

Thomas Tree< no role > of No. 2 Priest Alley Tower Street London
Waterman maketh Oath that about 1/2 past twelve
o Clock this Day he saw a Fisherman in a Boatrowing
his Boat to Bear Key Stain that he had a dead Body
fastened to the side of his Boat Shut when he had got
to the Stairs Dept. assisted in hauling the deced on there
The Fisherman sayed he had found the deced under a
Ties of Vessells lying off Bear Key a little while before
that the deced appeared to have been a long while under
Water & had a packed & Trowrers or Thos Free< no role >

Sworn this 2d day of July 1796
before one}
