in London aforesaid on the fourth day of February
in the thirty sixth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace of God of Great
Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the faith and so forth

aforesaid who being now here duly chosen sworn
and charged to inquire for our said Lord the King when how and in what manner the said

of February in the year aforesaid was sick and diseased in her body of which said sickness and
disease the said

aforesaid did die And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid
do say that the said

by the Visitation of God died a natural death and by no
violent means or manner whatsoever In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the said
