London Depositions of Witnesses taken at London
that is to say, at the Parish of Saint Sepulchre
in the Ward of Farringdon without in London
aforesaid this 10th. day of December 1795 on
view of the Body of Samuel Wilson< no role > now here
lying Dead.

Swin Johnson< no role > a Prisoner for Debts in his Majesty's Gaol of
Newgate maketh Oath that he hath known the deced between
six and Seven Weeks that he was also a Prisoner for Debt in the
said Prison. That he has been very ill some time past and for there
last time Days so ill as to be confined to his Bedthat he was
afflicted with [..] violent pains all ever him and a difficulty
in making water that he was any aged Man Dept. believes
he was near Eighteen six Years of age that he was attended
by the Surgeon of the Said Gaol [..] that the deced continued
to get worse daily until yesterday Morning when he departed
this Life.
