Clark of Maketh Oath that she hath known the deced Samuel
[..] James about nine or ten Monthsthat for there last six Weeks
he has been Servant to Alderman Clarkthat on Saturday last
the deced complained of a Cold and fever on Sunday he was
much worse and took to his Bedon Monday Mr,. Box an
Apothecary
attended the deced that the deced continued very
ill and an well Yesterday on This Morning Dept. saw the deced
in his Room about Room up four pair of Theirs [..] in Mr. Alderman Charles
House he was dressed and sayed he was betterbetween ten
& Eleven Mr. Box the Apothecary
came he went up Stairs and
after staying a little white he came down Dept understood
from her fellow Servant that Mr Box Sayed the deced was much
worse that the mush not be left alone that he would send a Blister for him
that Dept and her fellow Servant Sarah Linden< no role >
[..] went to
the deced and gave him some Beefter that he drant it & cohabit
of bread that was in it very eagerly after which they left him in the
Bed [..] and went into the passage
near the Door and were
talking together while they were so talking together they head
something gell Sarah Linden< no role >
ran into the deceds Room and
halloed out he is dead he is deadand ran towards Dept. then
her & Dept. rand down Stairs Dept. saw the deced lying upon
a Sink [..] in the Area in the back part of the House tha the bled at
the none & Month & was quite insensible that some person came
& placed him on the table in the Kitchenthat he was clouded
but very little blood came from him & in about a quarter for hour
the deced was quite dead
