Informations of Witnesses taken at the hand of
Saint Bartholomew the less in the Ward
of Farringdon maketh in London the
2nd day of April 1795 on view of the
body of Joseph Farari< no role > there lying dead.

William Bache< no role > House Surgeon of Saint Barthws .
Hospital maketh oath that in the night about six weeks
[..] comon he was called upon to be she deced who was a
patient in the Hospital in a Ward called Lazarm Ward
Dept found the deced with his throat cut, with a Razor as
Dept he livesSays past of his beard was cut off & have
remainsthe wound did not appear to be dangerous & Dept
dressed it the deced sayed be was shaef himself, & the Razor
had shppid

maketh oath that about eight weeks ago very early in
the worg. Dept was told by Mr. Peteril in Lazarust and
in Saint Bartholomews Hospital that the deced who also a
Hospital in the same Ward had cut his throat, and he thaved
Dept the razorHelen Witness was immedl called in to
the deced assistanceBefore this time the deced complained
a poor deced of his head & sayed at surround Dept mained
in the Hospital about a ninth afterwards & says the deced
contained there all the time & Dept left in there
