parish of St. Stephen Coleman Street
in the Ward of Coleman St. in London
the 30th. March 1795
on view of the

maketh oath that between
seven & eight OClock last Saturday night Dept
went out leavg. the deced. & a four other Patients
up, such only as were understood to be setting well
Dept. returned near nine O'Clock, & Dept being
Informed the deced was not in had she looked for her
& after callers for her & looking about the discovered
her in a Cell room which is repairing hanging by
a Silk handkerchief one end of which was round her
Neck & the other end fastened to a bar of a Window
in the ColeDept immedl. cut her down, & made on
Alarm & Mr. Rozna the Apothecary
of the Hospital
was sent for who came & let the deced bloodthe bled
much, but did not recovershe was quite dead.
says the deced had been in the Hospital as a lunatic
between five & Six Months
