LondonDeposition of a Witness taken at London that
is to say, at the Parish of Christchurch in the
Ward of Farringdon within in London
aforesaid this 28th. day of November 1794 on
view of the Body of Joseph Gentleman< no role > now
here Lying Dead

Joseph Burford< no role > a Prisoner in his Majesty's Gaol of Newgate
maketh Oath that [..] the deced Joseph Gentleman< no role >
came into the Sick Ward where Dept. attends on the 11th day of
Novemr instant very ill [..] in a decline or Consumption that he continued
very ill and to get worse daily until Thursday Evening last when he departed
this Life that he was attended by the Surgeon of the said
Gaol and Dept. has no doubt the aforesaid disorder occasioned
the deced Death.
