maketh oath that last Friday Morng. about half part ten the
dead came into the room of Depts. Faster in same house where the
deced & a man she lived with lodged & borrowed a Washing tub
Says that about four in the afternoon of same day Depts. mother
wanted the Tub & Dept went to deceds apartment to set it, &
he knocked at the door but it was not opened to himthat Dept
informed his mother so & she desired him to get in at the Window
& get the tub for that the deced would not be angry, on which he
returned & did get in at the Window, & then he saw the deced
hanging by a end fastened to a took in the Wale between the
Windows of the roomthat dept immedy. made an alarm, & cut
the deced downSays she appeared to be quite dead. That she knew
the deced for some time, & says she was frequently low and avoided
company.
