Depositions of Witnesses taken at
London that is to say as that parish
of Saint Botolph without Bishopsgate
in London aforesaid this 23d day of
July 1794 on view of the Body of
Mary Jordan< no role > now here lying Dead

Isaac Taylor< no role > of No.57 Bishopsgate Street maketh
[..] Apothecary maketh Oath that Mr. Purney
Carate of Bishopsgate Church having sent for Dept.
on Monday Morning last requested Dept to go to see
the deced that about nine OClock same Morning
Dept accordingly went to a House in Acorn Alley
skinner Street< no role > that he found the deced in Bed in a
lower Room that she was in a very low that Out
sensible her extremeters very Cold per pulls so much
sank Dept could hardly discover any the deced sayed
she had not been able to keep anything on her Stomack
for mann Days the deced in consequence of Dept asking
her sayed she had nothing but a little Balm Tea & Pump
Water Dept asked Her if she had any pain she sayed
a little in her Stomack Dept. thought her to be then in
a dying state Dept ordered some other things to be
given her and Dept sent her a [..] Bothe of Medicine
when he got home Dept saw the deced last Night
about 8 OClock lying Dead in the Bed he had before been
her in that Mr Robertson an Apothecary was present
that Dept. and Mr. Robertson examined the Body of
the deced that there were no appearance of marks on
Bruises upon her except a blackness Bruise on the
Top of each High which Dept thinks might be occasioned
by a Blow or by her having run against a Table but
Dept. is clearly of opinion then blackness or Bruise before
described could not occasion her Death that last Night
while Dept and Mr. Robertson were viewing the deced they
were told by the Husband of the deced that she had been
out for two Nights and two Days previous to Friday last
