chosen sworn and charged to inquire for our our said Lord the King when how and in what manner the said

day of June in the year aforesaid was sick and diseased in his body of which said sickness and disease

aforesaid in the County aforesaid did then and there instantly die And so the
Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do say that the said

God died a natural death and by no violent means or method what several In Witness whereof
as well the said Coroner as the said
