maketh Oath that he hath known the deced about
eight or ten Days that he was a Shoemaker
by Trade
that Dept the deced a Mr. Marklin has Mr. Kelsey
were in Company together in Wednesday Morning
last that they met together about elevon OClock in
order to spend the Day together that they continued
together until about five OClock in the afternoon of the
same Day when they returned to the Robinhood Robin

ever rather intoxicated but the deced appeared soberer
than any other of the Company that when they got him to

of the House who brought a Tambler at the same time
that the Gin was placed on the Table and the deced sayed
he was to drink it in five Minutes Mr. Emery continued
in the Room that soon after the deced took the Pot up &
drank that soon after he drank again and finished the
whole of the Gin that Dept [..] and the other persons
could not think is was Gin but in order to be satisfied
they drained the pot and found is to be the remains of
Gain that the deced continued pretty well for about
three or four Minutes when the deced fell from his Chairs
