quarrelled together about the Gulter being stopped-That she
he and Mr. Hodson< no role > saypersuade the deced to go back into his
Window & soon afterwards Mr. Hodson say'd the's fell & wilthdraw
fromt he Window-Says that Mr. Hodson< no role > was not near the dead at
the time

Christr. Hodson< no role > of Shavel Court (No.9) Wood Street
London maketh oath that last Tuesday afternoon Dept
was in his apartment in the Garrett at Mork, & he saw
the deced with a hair broom in his Land suressing the Guther
at the lot of the houseThe deced asked Depts (who tooked at
him) [..] at he wanted Sorce, & Depts [..] red Mr. Moody
it is [..] wonder the Galter is [..] stopped when you sure [..]
that dirt down the pipeother words passed between Dept
and the decedafterward the deced attempted to go with a
Poker to clear the pipe of the Gather & Dept saw him fall
down into the Court
