lawful men of the City of London
who being now here duly chosen sworn & charged to inquire for our sd Lord
the King when how and in what manner the said Anna Winrow came to her death say upon their Oath
that the sd Anna Winrow not being of sound mind memory and understanding but lunatic and distracted
on the 22 day of August in the year at the parish and Borough aforesaid in the County aforesaid did
drink and sevallow a great Quantity of Deadly prison called Arswick
by means who she the sd
Anna Winrow then & there became and was mortally sick and diseased in her Body of which said mortal sickage
and disease she the said Anna Winrow from the said twenty second day of August in the year aforesaid
until the thirtieth day of the same mouth of August did languish and languishing did live On which
said thertieth day of August in the year aforesaid at the parish and Borough aforesaid in the County afsd
the said Anna Winrow of the said sickness and disease did die And so the Jurors aforesaid upon there
Oath aforesaid do say that the

but lunatic and distracted in manner and by the means aforesaid did prison and Kill herself
